TP1002 Trolley Packer

The TP1002 Trolley Packer is designed to provide fully automated, cost-effective product collation and loading into shelved trolleys. Developed specifically to meet the demands of today’s production environments, this unique system uses a robotic arm to quickly and efficiently load two static trolleys simultaneously, offering double the packing speed of conventional systems from a comparable footprint. The TP1002 Trolley Packer also offers the potential flexibility to allow the packing or palletizing of shrink wrapped product.

ML 240 – Multi Laner

The ML-240 Multi Laner utilises servo technology, to allow the manipulation of product from single into multiple lanes. Capable of smooth movement of product at high speeds.

MA-F-CELL High Speed Automatic Robotic De-Palletising-Automatic De-bagging Machine

The MA-F-CELL High Speed Automatic Robotic-Automatic De-bagging machine automatically transfers bagged bottles from a pallet stack to a de-bagger. The bag is then automatically removed and the bottles are stably processed through the machine at high speed.

Designed to handle lightweight Eco and Infini^® bottles at rates of 190 bpm for 3 litre/6 pint bottles and 500 bpm for 1 pint bottles.

MA-500 High Speed Semi-automatic De-bagging Machine

The MA-500 provides a semi-automated de-bagging workflow. Bagged bottles are loaded by an operator, then the bag is automatically removed and the bottles are stably processed through the machine at high speed.

Designed to handle lightweight Eco and Infini bottles at rates of 190 bpm for 3 litre/6 pint bottles and 500 bpm for 1 pint bottles.

Following manual loading and bag removal, the MA-240 provides stable, high speed processing of bottles.

MA-ST-100 Stripper Arrangement

The MA-ST-100 offers smooth, seamless stripping of plastic bottles from a de-bagging machine.

Its simple design – with minimal moving parts – allows faultless handling of lightweight plastic bottles while reducing maintenance costs and downtime. Servo technology is used to ensure accurate stop/start positioning and smooth acceleration and deceleration.

Usually supplied as part of a de-bagging machine, the MA-ST-100 stripper arrangement can be retrofitted to any de-bagger.

MA-B-200 Fully Automatic Bagging Machine

The MA-B-200 automatic bagging machine uses the latest servo technology to bag lightweight HDPE bottles. Capable of collating standard or offset four-sided formats, as well as round bottles, the MA-B-200 can bag up to two bags per minute in half and full bag sizes (depending on format and bottle size).
