Trolley Packer for Todays Production Challenges

Mechelec Automation’s patented Robotic Trolley Packing System is engineered to pack single bottles, shrink-wrapped bottles, single cartons and shrink-wrapped cartons.

Due to its unique modular design and Mechelec Automation’s vast experienced engineering team the company designed the system to be able to pack single and shrink-wrapped bottles on the same machine, as well as allowing configuration options to utilise floor space.

An experienced and open minded approach to finding automation solutions resulted in an industry first, packing 5 tier trolleys for single and shrink-wrapped milk bottles that can be located and run in an end of line refrigerated environment, additionally offering the advantage of savings in transport costs.

Using Robotics, PLC’s, and motion control solutions from the major OEM’s such as ABB, Fanuc, Rockwell, Siemens and B&R allows Mechelec Automation to bring their projects together as a seamless package combining Robotics and Automation as one.

Trolley Packing for Single Bottles and Cartons

The single bottle Patented Trolley Packers are designed to provide a fully automated and cost effective trolley loading solution, at speeds of up to 250bpm and packing 4-pint bottles in a 5 x 4 format in either 4 or 5 tier trolleys.
